It is termed as Kundalini awakening, which is the awakening of the spiritual energy that is at the base of your spine. Unlocking this energy helps people feel more awake and is supposed to unlock the truth, yet it takes time to unlock it.<br />
Kundalini literally means “coiled”, as the energy collected down the spine is coiled around the base. It is stated to be the most powerful force in the universe that can last for days, weeks, or months.<br />
Unfortunately, some people accidentally awaken the Kundalini energy without knowing what it truly is, thus leading them to believe they are sick.
